Provided the order is in excess of $20 in value, exclusive of Shipping, there is no minimum quantity applicable.

How do I SELECT PRODUCTS to order ?
First you must add the items you wish to order to your Shopping Cart.

Once you have found the product that you wish to order, select the desired quantity from the drop down menu for each product and then click "Add" and the item and quantity will be added to your Shopping Cart.

A “pop up” screen will confirm what you have added to your Shopping Cart and will also give you a current total of all products in your Shopping Cart and their total value. Click “OK” and you may continue shopping.

The “In your cart” box at the left hand side of the screen will give you a running total of the number of products and total value held in your Shopping Cart.

You may view the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking on “View Shopping Cart” and may also remove items if you have changed your mind by clicking on the “Remove” button next to the product you no longer wish to order.

You can also amend your order quantity for that product by using the product’s quantity drop down menu and then clicking on the "Update" button.

If you want to completely clear your Shopping Cart of all products click “Empty shoppingcart”.

Once you have reviewed your items in your Shopping Cart and made amendments where necessary, you may continue shopping.

Do you have a CATALOGUE?
Due to continuous changes to our inventories it is not possible to provide a complete catalogue of all products held by Fabricsplus.

We do provide an online facility that allows you to produce your own custom made catalogue of the products that we sell online. To avail of this facility you will need to register as a Member at Members and detailed instructions will be provided so that you may produce your own catalogue.

Can I be confident about your PRIVACY and SECURITY measures?
You can shop securedly and safely with our website that has an SSL Encrypted payment system.

The payment system in this website is secure and has passed a rigorous assessment by both our Bankers and Verified by Visa. The site is enrolled in 3D Secure that includes Verified by Visa and Mastercard Securecode security programmes for the highest level of credit card transaction security.

How do I PLACE MY ORDER and make PAYMENT ?
All orders and payment methods whether online or offline are handled through the "Checkout" process.

Once you are satisfied that your Shopping Cart contents are correct, including your Shipping option, you can proceed to the checkout process by clicking on “Click here to go to the checkout” to process both offline and online orders/payments.

The first screen of the checkout will ask you to enter certain personal information including address and contact details that will enable us to forward your order to you and to contact you if there are any problems with your order.

This is the only reason we request this information and under no circumstances will we share this information with any other party except for verification purposes with your credit card provider when you are paying by credit card. Simply follow the instructions on the various checkout screens according to your preferred method of payment/order.

Despite this high level of security, we understand that some customers do not feel comfortable using their credit card on the internet. Accordingly, we provide the facility for you to process your order through the checkout and then forward credit card details to us by email, fax or post.

Customers who wish to pay by Direct Deposit should also forward their payment details in this way.

We do not recognize the transaction as a sale until we receive payment so the customer is under no obligation merely because they have processed an offline order and then subsequently changes their mind.

It must be noted, however, that we do not commence to pick and pack an order until payment is received so it is important that payment is made as quickly as possible to avoid possible disappointment. Please see our full Terms and Conditions at Terms and Conditions.

How long will it take from the time I place an order up to the time I receive the order?
If stocks are available:

Within Queensland - approx. 1-3 working days
Outside Queensland - approx 1-7 working days, depending on your location

If stocks are not available - add another 5 days

Despatch depends on:
1. Stock Availability
2. Distance from Cairns
3. Postal or Courier Service

What SHIPPING COST should I choose in the Shopping Cart ?
Once you have selected all the products you wish to order and have reviewed your Shopping Cart you will need to check that the Shipping Charge in your Shopping Cart is correct.

The Shopping Cart will assume that you are an Australian based customer with a shipping address within an Australia Post code area and with an order within Australia Post weight and size limits. The default Shipping charge is therefore our flat rate of $5.00 or free for orders over $100.00. Please refer to Terms and Conditions for full Shipping Information including conditions that apply.

If you would like to collect your order from our store just select “Pickup from Shop (Free)” from the Shipping drop down menu at the end of your Shopping cart listing and then click on the “Update” button. Your order value will be updated for the change in cost.

If you have an overseas delivery address please choose “Outside Australia (Notified Later)” from the Shipping drop down menu at the end of your Shopping cart listing and then click on the “Update” button. No Shipping charge will be shown on your order and we will notify you of the cost as soon as possible and you can confirm your acceptance at that time.

Once you are satisfied that your Shopping Cart contents are correct, including your Shipping option, you can proceed to the checkout process by clicking “Click here to go to the checkout”.

How much do I pay for shipping?

Delivery
We endeavor to pick, pack and ship orders within two working days, subject to our Conditions of Sale.

A subsidised charge for shipping and packing (see chart) may be added to your invoice. In the unlikely event that we cannot ship your complete order, for whatever reason, we will notify you via e-mail, as long as you have provided us with your email address.

FabricsPlus.com.au reserves the right to pass on additional shipping charges to the customer in excess of the rates below, where the shipping destination is outside the Australian Post standard parcel delivery areas or where the order weight or dimensions is in excess of Australia Post limits.

No charge will be levied for orders that are collected by the customer from our Cairns store.

FabricsPlus.com.au ships to all States and Territories in Australia. Orders originating from all States and Territories will be shipped by Australia Post or by another reputable carrier.

FabricsPlus.com.au does not ship to PO Boxes without prior arrangement.

For overseas customers, please contact FabricsPlus.com.au to arrange a quote for Shipping to addresses outside of Australia.

FabricsPlus.com.au does not take responsiblity for any additional charges levied as a result of an overseas shipment. This includes any charges or levies relating to the shipment, including clearing charges at the place of import and taxes or duties imposed by overseas jurisdictions.
